Authoring the Identity Management SLA

An eleven-page Microsoft Identity Management SLA and RACI matrix, authored in 2020 for Active Directory serving 500+ users, carries a digital signature dated April 2021.

Context

As Server Administrator at Angola LNG (2013–2018), I managed Active Directory for 500+ users, alongside the external DNS, domain services, and SAP application servers that support operations running around the clock.

Responsibility

Identity and access for that user base, and the governance paperwork behind it, sat with me — there was no equivalent dated SLA covering it before the one I wrote.

Method

In 2020 I authored the Angola LNG Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) Service Level Agreement: an eleven-page document with its own RACI matrix, cover-dated 27 November 2020.

Constraint

Most of what's on record about this period rests on my own account rather than a document — this SLA had to be formal enough, with its own RACI matrix rather than just a description, to stand as something that could be checked against, not just retold.

Result

The SLA carries a digital signature dated 23 April 2021 — the first piece of governance paperwork from this period of my career that exists as a dated, signed artifact, not just an account of the work.

Every detail here already appears, in the same words or close to them, in the Chronicle (the 2020 and 2021 chapters) and the published CV — nothing new or confidential is added.
