Short version: this site collects almost nothing. This page says exactly what, where it goes, and how to reach me about it.

Who is responsible
This site is run by Cláudio Gonçalves. Until the site has a dedicated mailbox, the way to reach me about privacy is a message on LinkedIn.
What the site records
Request logs at the host. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, it records technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time. This is part of delivering the page to you. Vercel keeps these logs for a period that Vercel sets, not me. I do not use them to identify visitors.
Settings on your device. The site saves three values in your browser: your chosen accent colour, your text size, and whether you have already seen the start-up screen. They stay on your device, are never sent to the server, and contain no personal data. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
What the site does not do
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. It has no contact form, so nothing you type on the site is sent to me.
Where the data goes
Vercel is a United States company and serves pages from servers that may be outside Angola, so request logs may be processed abroad. When you follow a link to LinkedIn or GitHub, that service applies its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Angolan data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you, or object to its use. Because the site holds no data that you submit, there is usually nothing to correct. If you think I hold data about you, for example from a LinkedIn message, write to me on LinkedIn and I will reply as soon as I can. You can also contact the Agência de Protecção de Dados (APD), the national data protection authority.
Reporting a security problem
To report a vulnerability, use the contact in the security file.
Changes to this page
If the site starts collecting more, for example by turning a contact form back on, this page will be updated before that happens and the date above will change.
